I don't have one, but a friend had a Howa 1500 in 6.5x55 and it had a very deep throat, with 140 grain bullets having to take a lengthy jump to the rifling. This particular rifle had a very heavy laminated stock on it that combined with the deep throat and butt-heavy balance made is a "fail" for me.

I called Thompson Center last week and was told that the Venture is "in production" in 6.5 Swede. Hopefully we'll see then in fall or winter. The specs are in the new catalog on their website.
"An archer sees how far he can be from a target and still hit it, a bowhunter sees how close he can get before he shoots." It is certainly easy to use that same line of thinking with firearms. -- Unknown
Tikka used to, but I don't believe they sell a standard T3 in the USA anymore. I got one of the last ones and it shoots lights out.
I had three Swede Tikka's at one time...like a bonehead I sold two of 'em
Still have one SS/lam......yes it shoots real well...three 140 Nozler AB's
& a casefull of H4831sc punched a nice group under 1/2" net...
At one point I had 2 Featherweights, 1 T3, and 1 CZ before I came to my senses, stopped buying, and attended RLA (Rifle Loonies Anonymous...Hi, I'm shootem...I'm a Looney..help me)

My hope is that Winchester will do a special 6.5X55 run next year since they did the 7X57 this year. I'll be all over it like a duck on a june bug.
How about this one? NH M70 Ultimate Classic SS/Walnut in 6.5X55:
I can ship if you have the bux...
Now that is a real beauty. I doubt one could do much better if he wanted just one 6.5 swede.
