I just won a left handed Savage 243 116, stainless and synthetic, accutrigger, accustock, 24" barrel. Any interest at $480 shipped new in box?

What model exactly are we talking about here? I would assume it's a Model 16 FLHSS but would like to get confirmation on this.
FLHSS means synthetic, left hand, hinged floorplate, stainless.
16 means short action.

so it's the longer screw spacing, not the 4.4 inch center feed short action?

I don't think so Bbassi.
Given that it sports a hinged FP I'd be inclined to think that this is in fact a centerfeed, 4.4" screw spacing rifle.
Don't think they ever made a hinged FP 4.275" staggerfeed.
I'd say the rifle is post 2007.

I was wondering if, because he said 116, if it was a 243 built on a long action. There's a 116 on GB right now the guy says is 5".
