I don't have one and it irritates me no end. You would have just sold it, with the rest of you guns!!

Don't sell many actually. Maybe 10-12 total over the years. Rugers mostly. Why do I do that?
I am..........disturbed.

Had a CZ3 in 270wsm. As always somebody wanted it more than I did and I sold to them. I wish I would quit doing that. It costs me to much money to replace them. Anyway it shot lights out without having to do any extra work to it. Replaced it with a M70 in 270wsm. Luckily it shots little holes also.

I have a couple of their initial charter run rigs, both SS S/A. One is a 25-284 with their barrel & an Accurate Innovations stock, The other is a 350 Rem. Mag. with a Douglas barrel & a McSwirly stock. Both are quite accurate & function very well.

The MRC action is a workable, if flawed, design but there have always been some QC issues. Warpage from heat treating has been a constant problem. Any time straightening a receiver with a lead hammer (and, yes, I have had to do this)is part of the process of building a rifle, I consider it to be a bit of a problem. The rifles I looked at were nicely done and there were no obvious functional defects. Not having shot one, I can't speak to accuracy etc. The rifles I built on MRC actions worked well and looked OK but the amount of labor involved was excessive IMO. I have kept one action for myself (a long action from the initial offering) and I think it will work out alright. GD
