If you know what you're doing quite possibly nothing. However, the biggest difference in the Weber that you reference and the BGE is that the Weber is a grill and the BGE a cooker. Outdoor oven of sorts.

But go drink some more gin and try to slow cook a 9 lb pork butt or brisket on your Weber "Grill"?

Brisket to Pizza, don't you know what those air vent thingies are? Just build a fire and put what you want on it. Works great at 8000ft or the beach too. It's only a grill if you build a hot fire without the lid. It COOKS everything, and has a 22 or 24 inch wide grate.

If you want to talk childish, you should have seen how I acted the other day when I realized we didn't have butter and it was time to eat corn on the cob.

I ran into town (if you want to call it that) and checked the only store we have, a small gas station to see if they had any butter. Oh yes, on the top shelf. Like hell it was butter, "Blue Bonnet" something or nother. Worst corn I've ever had in my mouth.
