I realize this is the hunting section but I need input from Alaskans.
First trip to Alaska. Prince of Wales for fishing. Is there a fish illustration guide to describe all the likely species? When I first started fishing Florida I got a waterproof "card" of the coastal fish. After the first season, I really didn't need it any longer.
Now I've been reading the Alaska rules and regs before we go and I just want to be sure I'm legal regarding limits on all the different species and size requirements. Thanks

Thanks I guess I had not made it through all the regs. That downloaded to my phone and should work perfect.

Alaska Fish & game published a magazine-type referencing most all the major systems in the state. It is my goto material for when, what, & where on fishing the 15 or so species in the state.
It is called Alaksa Fish & Game Special Edition Recreation Fishing Guide. It was put out in March-April 1987. I'm sure there is a more recent version. Price at the time was $4. It's easily worth 20 times that for the info.; professionally well done. If you need more info. PM me & I'll see what I can find for the area in question, although you will want magazine in the end.
