I would have ranked Texas higher. How do you know? According to my eyes, looking at the color chart they have a color for Louisiana and the next color is for Kansas. Arkansas and Texas have different colors that fall in between but are not on the chart. Could be anything. miles
Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.

I noticed as well that the colours on the map don't line up with the chart.
Texas being the best example.

My guess of the color discrepancy is that Texas isn't quit a +14 nor is Arkansas quite as low as a +4. Seems as likely as any, Then I didn't do the chart.

My least liked state is any east of the Mississippi river.

If that many voters dislike CA, they why did they vote in their current government? That's a ruling percentage. Because they hate the GOP worse that the liberal policies they don't like. Twice they voted down gay marriage. Twice they voted to cut services to ilegalls. All four times they were thwarted by those they elected, then they voted them back to power. I have preached it until blue in the face, CA got ahead earlier indoctrinating the young to hate conservatives....your day is coming.
