May have to look into one of those.
I have a small and a couple of mediums but the cooking surface on yours looks just right for tailgating Sooooooooo .... did you get one???

Just done a little pork lion on the mini max. Pretty cool little cooker I think it's a keeper Perfect timing[although I'm still Egg-less]. We do our family deal[son and DIL and a close friend that comes in to hunt]on Thanksgiving Eve. This year our DIL has requested a bacon wrapped loin, and this year she gets ANYTHING SHE WANTS within reason. So my question is: after slow cooking w/the bacon wrap do you eat it immediately? Let it rest/slightly cool? And if you do let it rest/cool, what does that do to the bacon wrap? Soggy?
