I am hoping for someone closer.

I believe I need to get the forcing cone chamfered. I feel some particles on my face every once in a while with 357 mags (never with 38/38+p). I had this problem with another sp101 in the past and the chamfer did the trick - 11 deg if memory serves. The cylinder is tight in the frame (no unexpected rotational or linear movement)and there is no unexpected wear. I dont think its an alignment/timing issue. I am no gunsmith however.

If you don't find someone closer, just fedex it up to me and we'll fix you up. Good luck.
