my Ruger Redhawk 4in 44 mag
my Weatherby ULW 30-06
now if you meant 2 rifle calibers then ..
my Ruger 77 RSI Stainless 7mm-08
my Winchester 1895 405 WCF

If I was to never hunt anywhere but here in N.C., I would sat a .22 and a .30-30. If I were to go west I would replace the .30-30 with a .30-06.

6.5284 & 358 Norma. The critters around here tent to be a bit healthier than those down south.

Good luck, good hunting, and good times.

2 cartridges won't cut it for me. Just for big game I would go 35 Whelen and 7MM Remington magnum.
