Vintage beer commercial thread, what comes to mind?

Find it and post it if you can.

I remember that commercial well. A case of recollection in reverse here, but the spoof brand "Bear Whiz Beer" always reminded me of Hamms.

Hamms is the beer I have always drank and still do. I'd rather have a micro brew, but I'm too cheap.

For an inexpensive beer a guy could do far worse. I've had my share of it.

these old commercials are very territorial. I'm familiar with the midwest commercials, there must be a bunch from down south that i've never seen.

jax, from the south east?

Stroh's had some great commercials back in the day, too. I remember one with a guy dragging himself through a desert, with nothing in sight but sand, and an old prospector comes up on him, and says "Would you like a drink of nice, cold water?"

The guy dragging himself through the sand says "NO, I'd rather have a Stroh's" and he keeps on draggin.......................

I remember that one very well, and not to be a dink, but I believe the desert crawler said, "Thanks, but I really had a taste for a Strohs". The dude was obviously delerious and not long for this world. wink
