i just finished these two for a guy for his wedding and his best man. Stabilized Mammoth Ivory. 1085 blades, hamons and etched and blued with mosaic pins. The pics came out bad. They definately look better in person

yes they were! $170 per set of scales, that ain't cheap. Just glad I didn't mess them up. lol

Ouch... Suspected as much. Most people probably don't have any idea what a set of scales like those cost when they see knives like those.

thanks all, mammoth is not as hard to work with as I thought it was going to be. It sure did buff up nicely though.
