Well, it pains me beyond belief to do this, but up for sale is my Ruger #1 stainless/laminate combination in the no longer being manufactured caliber 7mm STW. It has never been fired. I have the box and should have the original paperwork as well. Ruger rings are also part of the package. $625 plus $25 to cover shipping and insurance. No trades at this time. If someone takes the rifle, I will offer them 3 boxes of Winchester ammo (2 boxes 150 grain power-points, 1 box of Supreme 140 grain Nosler ballistic tips) for $50 plus $10 to cover shipping/insurance. The ammo cost me right at $100 originally. I am sorry for the ignorant question, but what is a 7mm STW? I have heard of 7mm mauser/7x57 and 7mm rem mag...but not 7mm stw?

Thanks guys. Yes, it is a Shooting Times Westerner. I am enamored with the cartridge, and the Ruger #1 to me is the ideal platform for it. Add about 1/2 inch to the overall case length of the Remington Magnum, and you'll get the idea. The Hammer of Thor.

How did I know that you'd jump on this one ASAP... It's a sickness.
But yesterday was my birthday and today was tax day. After funding the IRS for another year I needed some cheering up. It worked.
