Any Law Advice #8045015 09/06/13 Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 1,063 Southern Illinois Hoyt OP Campfire Regular OP Hoyt Campfire Regular Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 1,063 Southern Illinois Could anybody tell me how I stand in a case where I got put in jail supposedly charged with DUI..not in vehicle on private property..then sent to hospital and told to just go home. No bond posted, no papers signed, nothing.

Talk to one who specializes in criminal defense / DWI cases.
