I would like to find a real Anorak. Should be rainproof, and maybe a button in liner. If Filson made one of tincloth with a wool liner than would be great.
Anyone know of something similar?

When people face the possibility of freezing or starving there is little chance they are going to listen to unfounded claims of climate doomsday from a bunch of ultra-rich yacht sailing private jet-setting carbon-spewing hypocrite elites

I like the Duluth Pack Anorak but white is stupid until November. I'm not excited abot $300 for a canvas Anorak. Seems a bit steep for an unlined one. The cagoule is interesting as it could be deployed over a pack. Not sure if it's waterproof and the hood covers your face? I'm beginning to think I should just get a Filson Tin Cloth Packers coat or Badlands Alpha.

That was it... 20 years ago I detested Petzal as an elitst, humorless azzhole egomaniac. Seems one of us has developed a compatible sense of humor since, and I now enjoy his writings.... Other conditions as may be... I think he'd be fun around a campfire.
