I'd heard GAP was selling 6 Creedmoor brass... don't think anyone is selling pre-formed 6-6.5x47 Lapua brass.

This might be completely wrong...but if it helps... A while back when David Tubb was trying to come up with the ultimate highpower cartridge (before the 6X and the 6XC), he played with a 6x47 cartridge from Europe that used a .473 head. He imported a bunch of brass and I believe that Neil Johnson brought in a bunch as well. If I remember correctly they were made by RUAG and Lapua.
I can't tell you how that 6x47 was related to the 6.5x47 Lapua, but I suspect it's the parent cartridge (that ironically is being necked down to 6mm again). I see that brass floating around on occasion.

...never mind. That was the 6x47 Swiss Match, which is a different cartridge than the 6x47 Lapua. I see that folks are reforming the SM into L though.
