MT doesn't say anything about double barrel blackpowder guns, but it does stipulate no more than 2 barrels for hunting, or used too anyway.
I would say you would be legal here. I have often thought about just that even saving my cabelas points for the one they had. Trouble is each time I started getting close they would raise the price on it. So I bought a good bino instead.

Yes as long as it fires a single projectile per discharge. There are a couple special lottery hunts than don't allow them for deer but for turkey its is ok.
