I'm not surprised or alarmed at the 22% (+/-3%) poll if we concede it had valid sampling methods and didn't follow some global warming methodology.
Its an off year and people may be taking a break from being intensely involved.
In 13 months, the 2014 midterms occur. We'll see what the polls say then, after a continuation of a paltry economy, a good dose of Obamacare and a amateurish foreign policy unfolds.
