I'll be driving 18 hours to WY on Sat, and am looking for good audiobook recommendations to help pass the time. I downloaded Seal Team 6 on my iPod (good for 9 hours!). What else is good..?
Thanks! Eric

I do a lot of audiobooks on my drive to work. I'd recommend your local library, ours has a ton of them on CD. I haven't ever figured out how to get them on my phone to listen to.
I'd recommend A Commonwealth Of Thieves (about the colonization of Australia) it was very interesting.
your flippant remarks which you so adeptly sling

Band of brothers. The guy from the series does the narration and it goes into a lot more depth than the series.

I now have just over 400 audio books on file in m4b format, just on two years at ten hours a day.

Clancy's books are good my favorite is "Hunt for Red October", I would also recommend "Undaunted Courage"(Lewis and Clark Expedition) and "Nothing like it in the World"(Transcendental Railroad) by Ambrose, and "The Right Stuff" by Tom Wolfe. Posted this early this morning now I hear that Tom Clancy has passed away at the age of 66. Im very sorry to hear that.
