I have four of these guns and the others still have a lot of take up left on the lever. the gun still locks up tight right now but am I gonna have problems with this soon ? what's the best way to tighten this back up?

As long as it locks up tight, I wouldn't worry about it. It usually takes a LOT of use for the tapered lug to wear enough to cause looseness. I don't know if parts for the old Fox are currently available but, should it become loose, a good metalsmith could build up the wedge to tighten it.

.
Get it repaired, as you may only think it locks up tight - since it's easy to get a false indication if the gun's not checked properly.
The best way to field check a SxS is to remove the forend and hold the gun upside-down with the buttstock under one arm.
Then, while holding the top lever in the full "open" position, use the other hand to try to wriggle the barrels.
Any significant movement indicates a SxS is too loose to shoot safely.

It ain't no fun, when the rabbit's got the gun
