#2. Like new in box but has a couple light smudges. Comes with scope covers as well. Lenses are perfect and scope functions flawlessly. Most people wouldn't even notice the smudges unless they looked really close. Camera and light angle make smudges look worse than they are, but wanted to make sure they were visible to buyer.
