Anyone else subscribe to an digital versions of magazines?
I receive the National Geographic digital edition. So far, I'm on the fence about whether I like it or not? Some very nice interactive features in the digital version, but I don't think that I actually read it as much as I did when I got the print edition.
I also get American Rifleman digitally, but it is such a pain in the ass to read online that I am switching it back.
I went to the digital editions because I travel and thought it would be much easier to keep up with them on the road using my tablet instead of toting magazines along.

I did for a while . It was the NRA American Rifleman but changes back to hard copy. Just couldn't get into reading it online .

Playboy and I don't "read" it as much as I did the print edition either... I too get American Rifleman digitally because I didn't read much in the print edition so figured I might as well just get the electronic version. My stack of unread material is much smaller and saves the NRA a few shekels.

Our local newspaper is available in 2 different digital formats. One is using PDF files of photos of the paper pages. I tried that for a while and it was a royal PITA. The pages were very slow to load and print quality was terrible. Some articles couldn't be read. The other format is more like Foxnews with clickable articles and photos. MUCH better.

Shouldn't it be digital clips?

All 3 Wolfe pubs, Rifle Looney News, Shooting Sports USA online edition, Have let Varmint Hunter lapse so haven't got curreent quarter but will probably get unlazy and renew soon.
I like them cause it's the same info and a lot cheaper. Buy a good flat screen monitor and look at them on PDF files. Save to a backup drive, I've got 100 or so Wolfe Pub mags saved.

Gunblast - is a terrific digital only magazine, I wish they put up more articles, but the quality and readability are 110%, and I appreciate quality over quantity.

Wooden Boat. I get the paper magazine and purchase the thumb drive with all the issues on it and it's updated periodically.

I'm a dinosaur - so I read the paper editions. The on line versions are generally a PITA.
