Was a zoo, snowed and cold. I saw some good bulls taken but mine is just a meat bull, but short pack out and a 190-lbs of meat. Had a good time and was my first rifle taken elk. He took 2-165 grain Partitions.Sorry to get off topic.

Hey Highroad what are the specs on that rifle? Looks Great. Thanks. Started life this spring as a stock 700 SPS 7-08. - Cut barrel to 22.5" with 11 degree target crown - Tossed factory plastic and put in B&C Alaskan Ti - Installed Timney trigger - Had Karl flute bolt and skeletonize handle (bead blast finish to match factory) - Talley Lightweights with Leupold 6x36 with Dotz - Mountain sling - Weighs in at 7.25 lbs

I love the barrel length on your 141. I have an old, beat up, rusty, Remington Model 14 in 35 Rem with a busted stock and a perfect bore that I resurrected. I might have to get my gunsmith to shorten the barrel on that "gem in the rough" a little.
