People care what Piers Morgan says? I find it rather annoying when people from other countries come here and tell us how we ought to run things. $10 will get you $20 he came here becaue his country is a pain in the arse nanny state, and he could have WAY more freedom, may WAY more money, and pay WAY less taxes.
Actually, he went to the US to avoid being questioned about his role in the Blair Government during the run up to the Iraq invasion.
He knows all the skeletons in Blair's cupboard and they were desperate to put him beyond reach of the various inquiries..
Both Morgan and Blair are hard core socialists who believe in big Government ruling every aspects their subjects lives and are insidious to the core. They represent everything that was bad about Britain harking back to the Union / Socialist blighted years of the 1970's..

I think there is quite the argument to have a debate � a debate on whether the wording of the Second Amendment should be rephrased.�
If he wants to have a debate about rephrasing the second amendment then there's certainly a way for him to do it. It's called the amendment process and it's simple. All he has to do is get his proposed new language amendment through both houses of congress by a 2/3 majority in both chambers, then send it to the states and get 38 of them to ratify it.
Once he's done that then his new wording can take effect. Until that time the old wording stands and it's meaning is perfectly clear to anyone who can read the English language.
