Yeah it was fake for sure. How often have you seen the POS look away from a camera during a speech, let alone turn his back on it. He just so happens to turn around for no good reason during a speech and catch a fainting diabetic pregnant woman, keeping her from falling, almost Jesus like by placing one hand on her shoulder.
The only thing worse than his acting skills are his leadership skills.
Nothing new. remember that they did a similar fake with Clinton. He was touring one of the US military cemeteries in Europe when he found a cross fallen down. Being a great American, he stooped and set it up...while on camera of course.

It's not over when you lose. It's over when you quit.
The best was when Bill Clinton had a pail of pebbles brought down to Omaha beach where he built a cross.
From Free Republic;
I had to think back to the laughably outrageous act Bill Clinton pulled for the cameras when he was forced to visit Normany Beach on the anniversary of D-Day. As has been documented, his staff went up the cliff and brought-back a large handful of small stones, which they tossed along the prearranged path that Clinton would walk "in silent contemplation" along the beach, with 100 cameras watching. Clinton duitfully stopped at the cache of stones, looked silently for a minute, and then knealt "in somber reflection" as he slowly arranged the stones into a cross before slowly walking on, lip bitten and tears forming.
When people face the possibility of freezing or starving there is little chance they are going to listen to unfounded claims of climate doomsday from a bunch of ultra-rich yacht sailing private jet-setting carbon-spewing hypocrite elites
First time I saw this video and even without the female narrating what is going down, it's pretty freakin obvious as to what's going on. When you look at the people on both sides of her they are smiling, trying to keep from laughing and even the "fainter" is trying to keep from laughing.
How pathetic can they be, to have someone stage a fake fainting spell to make him look like a super hero. Hopefully Fox airs this sometime this week.
The young womans name is Karmel Allison and she has diabetes. She tweeted after the event:
