The Rem700 SS take-off barrel I bought from CDNN came with the barrel threads bead blasted.
Do the threads need to be recut before installing? Or can the threads be coated with anti-seize grease and installed without further ado?

Unless they blasted the hell out of them, you're good to go - that was probably their quick and dirty method to clean the gunk off the threads - just remember to headspace properly.
