Took the girlfriend out this evening and found a bunch of small bucks. I told her they are all pretty small but she said she didn't care cause all she wanted was the meat for us at home so she picked the biggest bodied one and dropped the hammer at about 120 yards. 130 grain accubond did nice work on the buck. Hopefully will be able to find a cow elk over thanksgiving for her to let the air out of with one.

Nice!! Were they factory rounds or reloads? What rifle did you use. I have a Swedish Kimber sporter that is becoming my favorite rifle. It's so plain jane with a cheap plastic stock but I shoot well and very comfortably with it.
