That is quite good news. Surprised the SA team fared so well though. Must be something I don't know about that...
I am..........disturbed.

The U.S. team must have scored over 300 at 1000. No score was posted for a 1000 yards. And who is the individual Champion?
D.D.,
The last World Championships held in S.A. I believe the S.A. team almost beat the U.S.A. team, they are good shots down there. Wonder why the Germans didn't fair so well?
The next World Championships should be held here in the good old U.S.A.. Wouldn't it be nice if that match was held at either Sacramento or Ben Avery. Wonder what it would take to get the match on the West Coast?

Gullo got "Chaired'.........
V-Bull, as second / runner up.
Maybe those Swiss barrels were throwing " unexplained fliers".

From the msn bpcr site
Just heard the news. The USA BPTR team, competing in South Africa, won the team event! South Aftica was second, Germany was third. In the individual matches, Dave Gullo won first and Frank Monikowski took second. Individual and team scores will be available soon. Bullseye Bob Anchorage

I wonder if Mr. Gullo read my inciteful comment about using Hersey's chocolate for lube? Fame could be just minutes away...

That "Rouges gallery" starting btm. left is: Steve Baldwin, Dennis Wiley, Toby Crisler, Joe Boyle, Chip Mate, Frank Monikowski, Lige Harris. Top left: Michael Rix, Davis Hicks, Dana (coach), George Harris (Team Capt.), Jack Stoner (coach), Dave Gullo & Drew Pumphrey. We had a Great couple of weeks together- the wives too. The competition was tough & only a couple of shots made the difference! I'm still waking up at 2:00 in the AM though! ..Dennis
