Fireforming 8 Rem Mag shot very accurate load and very fast, so it is an option.

So far as I know, Winchester dropped 7mm STW from the lineup. You'll be looking for someone's leftovers. For Remington you need to get on someone's waiting / notification list.
If I really wanted to load for an STW right now I'd go over to Sinclair's site, pick up some .300 H&H, neck down, and fire form. It's expensive, but having a rifle I can't shoot is more expensive yet.
