I carry multiple knives but the ones that get carried the most are

And as soon as I get home from work, a smooth green bone case trapper in a little holster type sheath goes on my belt when I change clothes.

That there is a very hard knife to find, they did not make many. Think twice before letting it go.

I will second that. I have been on the lookout for one for awhile without success.

Wow, it's split almost right down the middle 9 said they used some type of what I call a taticool lock blade while 8 said slip joints. If I counted my slip joint it would be even.

Surprisingly, there is a large percentage that carry fixed blade's! I wonder if their location has something to do with that?

I have, and could carry a fixed blade, but by the time I strap a pistol on... it can get kinda crowded on the belt. I guess its more of weight and convenience thing. Clip the pistol on the belt,clip the knife in the pocket.

Who said anything about letting it go?

IMO GEC's can be a little over priced and sometimes over rated by their cult of followers but I do have a couple that I'd never part with.

The other one's a 73B&T.
GEC's folders steal the show but I think their fixed blade's are a real sleeper in the knife world.
Heck, most folks don't even know they make fixed blades.
BTW,,,, I only paid 68.00 for this one. A real value IMO. Especially if you like 1095 (like me:).

Around here it's quite common to see someone walking around the store with a belt knife, especially this time of the year.

Course you probably don't see displays like this from the local Pepsi distributer in suburbia-mart either.


And "Yes" that's the worst Coyote mount on the planet but I'm still glad I don't live where everyone's so frikin up tight about EVERYTHING!

I will occasionally see a holstered fixed blade. Here in suburbia I see a lot of guys with a knife clipped to their pocket. I sometimes wonder what those knives are used for? I can't see most of these guys getting one bloody but I may be totally wrong.

My EDC is a Case Trapper with winter bone scales and and CV blades.

Usually carry a Spyderco Police or a BenchMade Mel Pardue folder.
Ifim in town, usually carrying one of my switchblades, now that it's legal in TX.

Soon to be this one. I needed another blade after losing my last three...

You need to backtrack and find them.
