In Harrows Memorium, at the 59 second mark he lays out what to me looks like a Savage pistol before he goes and shoots up the cathouse.
It appears to be either a .45 or a 1907. It is the semi in the middle.
Anyone disagree?

It does look like a 45. But where the heck would they get one to make a movie and outside of Savage collectors, they are so few, who else knows what they are? Probably not too many movie producers.

Looks like a 1907 and from the barrel length like it's a 32.

Nice editing work Gene. Could it be the same one used in "Road to Perdition" with Tom Hanks? I guess we will never know.

My gut feeling is to say "no" since Boardwalk Empire is filmed in New York and Road to Perdition was filmed in Illinois.
On the other hand, its probably the same Savage 1907 that appeared in Season 2 Episode 2 (Our Selves Alone) when one Joe Masseria's nephew threatens Jimmy Darmody
The Internet Movie Firearms Database lists it in three films, but I know they are missing a movie with Jimmy Stewart.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGReSPoesxQ I don't know about the pistol, but that scene where he cleaned out the cat house was a good one. I don't think I breathed during it.
