What's the cheapest service to ship rifle scopes? From what my research has shown the cheapest I can send a scope from casper, Wy to Lake Junalske, N.C. Is a little over $20. This seems excessive.

USPS should do it for 5-6 dollars.
Beware of thieves, scammers and dishonest members on the "Fire" classifieds. Ya there is a thief here too. Whatever!!
They're all around the CampFire and everywhere.

I always go USPS priority mail, as the PO is only 3 blocks away vs UPS 25 miles round trip. They have different size boxes that your scope may fit in for a medium flat rate box. Play here to compare: https://www.usps.com/calculateretailpostage/welcome.htm

I just sent a pair of binos back to Bushnell in Kansas....cost 12 bucks USPS.
