I've been looking for this rifle and if I find one, I'm wondering what it is worth. They seem to be pretty hard to find especially in 220 swift. Thanks I didn't know where to post my question.
Sold mine in 220 Swift a couple months ago on Gunbroker for $795 with a cheap 6X-24X Tasco on it. Rifle had two small spots on barrel and couple small rubs on stock, otherwise in great shape. Hope this helps.
I'ld say, if you're patient, you should be able to find one somewhere between $650 and $750. That's what my recent research has shown. I've been looking for the same thing in 223. I have to get rid of my AR-15 as, when I shoot it, my desire to shoot many rounds far outweighs my common sense to preserve whatever money I may still have left.

I'm with you. I would always like a better deal. If I could find one of those locally, bull barrel, HS stock, I would buy it any day of the week and twice on Sunday, even if I had to borrow the money.

Can vouch personally for Oregon John on the Northwest Firearms site---I have dealt with him and he's good. I got a really fine 204 VSSF2 from him recently. I think he still has the Swift--- maybe even a price drop.
