Greetings, and best of the season!

I'm looking for suppliers of cast hunting bullets for my 45-70 and 44 magnum rifles. I am aware of the Bullet Barn, and hope folks can comment on their product. I'd be very pleased to learn of other Canadian casters and how their products perform for hunting applications.

Many thanks!

Ever considered casting your own. I cast 405 Grain Round nose flat points in 45-70 size as well as 200 and 255 grain flat points for my 45 Colt. I also do others, but those are similar to what you are looking for. It doesn't cost that much to get into, and you get the thrill of making the bullet, loading the cartridge and killing the animal. FUN!

Yes, I'm definitely interested in having a go, but I'm in the learning / reading / equipment research phase and thought I could play a little with cast loads in the interim, if I can locate some bullets.

Thanks for the reply!
