So, you started off with needing an 1895 barrel, then you needed a stock set and buttplate, now you need ammo?
Did you find a receiver at a gun show and figured you would rebuild it?

I bought some Hornady a while back from Graf and Sons. It may be out of stock now, but keep watching. It's good ammo, and good brass as well.

Did you find a receiver at a gun show and figured you would rebuild it? some of the examples I have seen at gun shows appear to be that.

Joe, I was thinking the next thread may be titled need someone to shoot my 303. I remember a fella some time ago rebuilding a savage 19 nra or 23 sporter. You guys hooked him up and he still posts on the fire a bit maybe 2005savage or savage2005?
What you have done is not nearly as important as how you have done it!!! The Old Fart 2008 A.D.

Ctw I won't need any help shooting it but I did need some help putting it together. I guess that might be an indictment on your smart ass. Not willing to help a guy out but more than willing to try and embarrass him. If you want to use somebody for your humor...use somebody else. I was rebuilding guns while you were [bleep] yellow in your diaper. You're a bad apple on the Savage forum and while I know you guys like to toss a fellow around from time to time...please post your blabber on some else's thread. Anybody else? powdr

Hey Powder, Hey guy, chill out. Its only the internet. Yelling at someone on the internet is like yelling at someone on the phone. They don't have to listen. All they have to do is hang up and call you back again. Relax and enjoy the good posts.

Haha, ya I remember that, then he went and sold it like a month later! Powdr relax, we're just pumping you up, gotta get bigger shoulders. You might have been building rifles longer but he's been family around this forum longer.
