If there is any proof of a man in a hunt it is not whether he killed a deer or elk but how he hunted it.

You can set up the size die so you make a "false shoulder" when sizing down the neck.

Siing them down to 7mm shortens the neck. Yup. I've done this to countless 30-06 turned .270 cases in the past. Trim to true up the case mouth and make them all the same length.
