I can't help much but I see Hodgdon has load data for that cartridge, here is a
LINK Edit to add, Swift and Barnes bullets shoot best when jumped .050" or more, in my experience. The Swift have copper jackets and are sticky. The Barnes are solid and hard and need a jump or pressures will jump. Read the load notes from both makers first.
I try to seat the bullets out to the lands
only when using cup and core bullets in target rifles.YMMV
