Would also trade for predator hunting gear. Something like a foxpro hellfire or scorpion and a good scanning light. Will leave the rings and scope for the right trade. The scope is a nikon prostaff 3-9x40 bdc.

The recoil is very nice. I have the 212 and have shot the 220 my buddy is looking for one for his 10 year old daughter because the recoil is so light

I have one of these and love it. Light recoil and VERY accurate with Remington AccuTips. Mine prefers the 2 3/4" and is an absolute tack driver.

Yes they do, usually. But this gun, although not ugly, is no real looker. But if you are familiar with slug guns, particularly their groupings, this firearm is a thing of beauty. I've lived in a slug only state, Iowa, all my life and just got one of these last year. My first two groups, after sighing in, with Remington Accutips were .7" each for 3 shots at 100 yards. Winchester Elites were about 1.5 for four shots. I was thrilled. That is remarkable for a slug gun not costing 2K. Until the last 5-10 years, no one in this state would have believed it possible, except as an unrepeatable fluke. This year, I was not able to duplicate the .7 performance, with the groups growing to an inch. Oh well, must be my older eyes!

How does it feed? I've heard second hand that it sometimes takes a concerted effort to cycle shells, and I hope I'm wrong.

Ejection out of these requires a bit of rearward force due to the standing ejector. Feeding is flawless. Just bought one myself not too long ago for hunting the Snake River islands.

ghope makes a good point, while feeding is not an issue, ejection can be finicky if you baby the bolt.

You can't pusfoot around when racking the bolt back. Didn't take long to learn the quirks of it though and I've killed several deer with mine. If I didn't already have this gun I would find something to trade on it. Good luck with the trade.

I own one as well. Bought it for deer hunting. Don't use it much anymore since the DNR killed most the deer where I live under the guise of CWD. Not selling mine though. Always thought this would be great on feral hogs.
