Any one have the large head screw that turns into an action alignment pin that goes on the left side of the receiver on 1972 Model 94. Took off the scope mount and the screw thats there is to long without the mount. Want to use this 94 open sighted for little while.let me know if you have one and what you need for it.

I was in the same situation a couple weeks ago, and found one on Gunbroker.

I know someone has one somewhere.I have box full of gun parts that I have taken off a Remington 700 or a Model 70 Winchester and no telling what else. Just never was a Model 94 guy until here lately. Brownell's sales a kit, but I really don't need the whole set and they say its for the Pre-64 94's. The one in the kit may not be the right one, since I dont know if the are inter-changeable.
