I've very hesitant to say "excellent condition", simply because some folks might construe that to mean "like new in box".
They are in very, very good condition.
There is very minor wear visible on the cross bolt screw heads from installing/removing them, mostly just a tiny bit of paint on the corners of the hex heads. The bottom of the rings are not "messed up" in the least, as are the torx screws for the caps (though if one is looking to pick nits, there might be a teeny bit of visible wear from the bit).
No paint, no gouges, not beat up at all...but they are used.
