what do I need to un-californicate a bullet button mag release? do I just need a real mag button? you would think a Noveske would come with a real mag release...

guess so. from Grant's Pass, Oregon by the way of Texas with certificate of live birth or whatever the paper sez, but it has the California bullet thingie.  do I need the whole release or just the button?

I wouldn't know but a complete mag release would be cheap enough.

Depends on what specific type of bullet button it is. Some replace the whole thing, some don't. But TWR is right, they're cheap enough that I'd just replace the whole thing

the Light Carbine. wanted the Thunder Ranch carbine, but I figger the LC and a NSR handgaurd will get me close enough without the wait

Just the spring and button. The catch can be reused. parts came in today, and this is exactly right. I ordered the complete mag release, but only needed spring/button.
