Always on hand..
Tabasco (of course) Tapatio Pico Pica Sriracha (rooster) Chili Garlic (rooster)
Those usually will fill our needs.
As a side bonus, the chili garlic is great for ending meetings quickly.
I replace valve cover gaskets every 50K, if they don't need them sooner...

I've been liking the cheapo Valentina's.
Good chili flavor and way less vinegar than Tabasco, which I like just fine as well.

I like Franks (and lots of it) but only on scrambled eggs. For every day use, Lousiana Hot Sauce. Chulula"s good too, but here in rural Idaho it qualifies as "exotic food" and is next to impossible to find.
Honorable mention to Valentina's.

We really like it. The pineapple base makes it taste a lot different than vinegar based sauces.

A guy from Texas got me hooked on Tonys. I have to go to Maine to get it. The Rooster stuff we can get here. It goes on everything.

Franks is pretty good too.
