I've owned both the Ruger, and currently the cheaper Kahr CM9. Personally, I much prefer my Karh CM9 over the Ruger. My Kahr is very accurate & has been 100% reliable for the last 3 years.
I liked the size of the Ruger, but the wider grip on the Kahr fit my bigger hands better, and I really like the trigger on the Kahr. I didn't like the safety on the Ruger, either.
As for the Keltec, like Mark ak SafariMan prefers, I bought one when they first became available and found it to be EXTREMLY reliable, but mine had a real crappy trigger on it. On another note, the Keltec P-32 in .32acp is one of my favorite summer carry BUG guns. It's very reliable, accurate, and weighs next nothing. I wouldn't take anything for mine!

I have the Keltec P-32... I carry it in a wallet Holster in the summer. Great little Gun, I have had it for several years, Has had the chit beat out of it, dropped off the roof of the house, been in the pool a couple of times, I just blow it out and squirt a little oil on. Has about 400 rounds thru it. No malfunctions of any kind.

To repeat what others have said, I much prefer the kahr over the ruger. Shot both and then bought the Kahr CM9. Better trigger, more comfortable grip, less felt recoil. I found the Kahr much easier to shoot than the LC9. Front site can easily be changed, just have to take the slide off.
