I'm not a new hunter, but new to hunting in Colorado and looking to ease into some rifle deer hunting. Being fairly new to the state I don't have much knowledge about public land access, and I have no connections to private land. Any suggestions about units, particularly around the Craig area? Keep in mind that I don't have any hunting buddies here (wouldn't mind meeting a couple) either, so I'm going to have to go it alone without horses or ATV's, just the ol' back.
