The Rural Lands Protection Board uses chicken heads around here to poison fox with 1080, maybe NYC council are using them to knock the numbers of gang members down, after all they can't have firearms to shoot each other with now.

Its always interesting witnessing how discombobulated liberals become over dead critters. We see it here in Kalifornia all the time. People in urban environments are divorced from the realities of nature to the point that animal deaths are as significant to them as human deaths----which means, in large measure, that human life has become devalued in the equation.
