I remember EXCELLENT Bockwurst at Oktoberfest there and you gotta have REAL Bock beer to go with it. You probably could make your own. The Mayans had it right. It's as good as Weisswurst gets. Grill it gently and then simmer in some beer and onions. While you're getting stuff there, do yourself a favor and get at least a couple pounds of the baby swiss and the smoked baby swiss. That stuff is coming out of Green County and you basically can't get it outside of that small area. It's a better kept secret than the brats.

They even supply the German restaurant at Epcot! Good Weisswurst and decent Nurnbergers. Can't vouch for the Bockwurst, as I've never had theirs. Geiers in Sarasota is the real deal as well. www.geiers-sausage.com
