I have a Lipsey's Special run of 285 stainless steel and walnut M77 RSI Mannlicher stocked rifles. This one is unfired, never been shot and I have original box and paperwork. I will include the original Ruger rings. Rifle has no flaws or blemishes and I would rate wood and metal at 99 1/2% because it has been stored in a safe with other rifles, and if held in the right lighting you can see pressure spots in wood where it has been touched. Absolutely beautiful stock in perfect condition. Barrel is 18 1/2" long. This rifle has a blade ejector. These were made in 2008 as the 3rd rifle in the stainless steel and walnut M77's. I will ship from me, a non-FFL to your FFL in the lower 47 for $35 Fed Ex Ground, fully insured with excellent tracking. HI and AK please ask for a shipping quote. I will ship to a FFL in CA, but do not have an FFL locally that is certified to ship to CA. So Californians, if you have an FFL that will accept from a private citizen (me) who will include a copy of my drivers license, we have a go.

I need $975 + $35 S&H to the lower 48.

If there is any proof of a man in a hunt it is not whether he killed a deer but how he hunted it.

Bump for a nice rifle.

This is one of 3 caliber's in a Limited Edition run for Lipsey's and each caliber had a different amount produced if memory serves.

I also have one NIB but in 257 Roberts.

The 3rd caliber "may" have been 7mm08?

This is what I have come up with after looking into these rifles more closely:

Model Caliber # produced Dates? Weight
1 SS M77 257 Roberts 253 2006, 07 7.0 lbs
2 SS M77 7mm-08 260 2008 7.0 lbs
3 SS M77 6.5 Swede 285 2008 7.0 lbs
4 SS M77 250 Savage 248 2009 7.0 lbs
5 SS M77 7x57 Mauser 250 2011 7.0 lbs
6 SS M77 .308 Win. 250 2011 7.0 lbs

From the Lipsey's archives.

Nice details.

I knew the 257 Roberts (mine) was the start of the run but didn't know they continued to produce and release after the 3rd caliber.

With these limited numbers finding one still NIB after all these years "should be" not to common.

I was able to snag the 308 from Mitch (thanks). These rifles are as super nice in any of these fine calibers.

I seem to remember when the Scheels in West Des Moines had a 250 and 7-08 in at the same time. I didn't realize they were so rare at the time.
Nice rifle!

You can see from the sticker on the end of the box, this rifle was purchased at the Wanenmacher Tulsa Arms Show, the largest Gunshow under one roof in the World.

I have been heading to Tulsa, OK twice a year now for the last 3 years. My twin brother lives in Collinsville, OK and he cooks me up some of the best ribs ever known to man.
