Sausage McMuffin with egg and a beer. I love the Micky D's Sausage & Egg McMuffins! But every since I had my Gall Bladder Removed, I need to take a huge dump just as soon as I finish eating a Sausage Egg McMuffin. I guess my stomach can't process all that grease anymore!

M-F: Two cups of Folgers coffee & store brand instant oatmeal. 0830.
Weekends: Usually just coffee. Sometimes bacon & eggs.

0530 at the FOB Fenty DFAC.
As I'm usually flying all day (helicopter flight mech) I skip the greasy stuff and eat the French Bread Sticks (the guy who've been will know exactly what I mean) with the glycol filled syrup. Or pancakes, always a biscuit (which are pre-made in the US) and whatever fruit they have that day (usually pineapple or cantaloup or honey dew melon.)
At home on weekends, over easy eggs! (there's no yoke served in the 'Stan) bacon, and toast!
During the week at home... coffee with Baileys, maybe some toast, but I workout from 0830 to 1000, so mostly I wait to have lunch with the wife in town.
