One 16 oz. cup of tea, an instant oatmeal, and split a bananna 3 ways with my Dogs.
Usually at 6:00 every morning.
By 10:00 I'm ready for some "real" food, and go to town and get a sammich at ToGoes.

Usually oats, cooked when it's cold out, raw with milk on hot mornings, Do ya ever use the steel cut oats? I like them better. miles My usual is steel cut oats with honey and cinnamon or maple syrup or Steens. I cook up a big batch every few days, then nuke them on the days in between. Just can't beat those steel cut oats. Some days the boys want me to fix them waffles before school (if they ask the night before, it's yeast leavened, if not it's buttermilk) and I'll have one of those with maple syrup or Steens. Sometimes eggs and grits, but I usually save that for lunch a couple days a week.

Diet coke and a dip.
On weekends I prefer B and G with over easy eggs and sausage patty.

Most mornings it's OJ with whey protein, oats with whey protein, or yogurt with whey protein. When I have a few extra minutes it's 4 or 5 eggs, bacon, and OJ. Usually have some kinda fruit that's laying around, either banana, grapefruit, apple, pear, etc...
At 5:00 most mornings unless I'm getting up early.

7am ...ish...
Typically not the same... but of the same bunch....oatmeal, grits, malt o meal, or PBJ sandwich.
We do pancakes sometimes on weekends.
And eggs and bacon maybe 3-4 times a year.

Usually eat about 2030 when I get up to go to work, Tonight it was Mac and Cheese and a BLT. yesterday it was a pork chop and fries with gravy. As you might guess I am not a big fan of traditional breakfast food. I have had to give up on chili, I guess after 63 years the stomach will only take so much. My ideal would be a bacon cheeseburger and fries with a slice of cherry pie and a glass of ice cold milk. I will usually have a bologna sandwich and a Shiner Bock about 1300 before I go to bed Bill

Just tried steel cut oats for the first time this morning.
Gooood stuff! I like this way better than the instant oatmeal I've been eating for years.
Sometimes it pays to try new stuff! Glad I read about it here!

Today it's leftover meatloaf, just because!
Normally a couple eggs w/bacon or sausage.

RipSnort, Most mornings start with; a baked potato,2 slices bacon, 3 eggs over-easy, salt/pepper/tabasco, and coffee or juice! If it kills me, at least I won't go on an empty stomach!!! memtb
