Yeah that the way it is. I remind my wife when we head down that way that once I cross the border, you have to drive like them or don't go. I prefer to drive the truck if I'm just heading to the airport, etc. as they tend to give you a touch more space, but if we're going downtown you have to take a smaller vehicle or you can't park anywhere.
If I have a meeting downtown Boston at 9:00 I leave here by 5:15/5:30 and get into town by 6:45/7:00ish (93 miles for me to Gov Center) and grab breakfast when I get there. If I wait until 6:30 sometimes that drive takes me 2hrs45 minutes to 3hours and the driving until you're stop and go is interesting (last 40 miles or so).
It's good to lead - it's better to lead by example.

I read about traffic like this and I think of that line from Synchronicity by the Police - "Packed like lemmings into shiny metal boxes....".
