JLarsson Campfire Regular J Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 511	Well, what I meant was, the front sight could EITHER be pinned-in, OR it could be the replaceable type held in by a plunger that is depressed from the muzzle end and the sight lifted out. So, I was asking which one it was. But I'm suspecting you mean it's pinned in. Some of the new 4" Redhawks are reported to have the plunger system for the front sight. JLarsson - Hunter, shooter, reloader.........Mostly in that order.

I refer you to this link as evidence that at least ONE 4" .44 Magnum Redhawk has left the factory with something other than a pinned-in front site: 4" .44 Mag Redhawk on Gunbroker JLarsson - Hunter, shooter, reloader.........Mostly in that order.
